When someone visits any of our websites we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone.
In order to provide any psychological services to you, including but not exclusively therapy, medico legal assessment, psychometric assessments and reports, we request and hold confidentially the following information from you:
Name, date of birth, postal address, next of kin name and contact details, GP and or psychiatrist name and contact details. Other relevant information is captured in relation to your clinical case such as e.g.your story, any psychometric assessments outcomes measurement tools and any relevant reports all of which is held on file for 7 years from the date of your latest interaction with SDCPS. In the case of minors will hold all information on a client file until the minor is 25 years of age. After this period all information electronic and paper is destroyed.
If you apply for a job at SDCPS, we will ask you to provide your CV and covering letter. You need only include your name, telephone number and email address, in order for us to contact you. We request that you do not include any additional personal data at this stage. We will keep your application as long as you are part of the selection process for the vacant position.
We will only share data with companies or other organisations that are an essential part of providing services to you.
We ensure all providers have bases in EU and that any data they hold is kept within the EU. We will also ensure these organisations keep your information as safe as we do. These can include, but is not limited to, the following categories of organisations:
ICT Support ServicesCompanies that support and develop our ICT Systems, such as our database and website.
Outsourced ServicesThis currently includes processing sessional payments, the provision of virtual receptionist and booking service, the provision of telemedicine platform and online marketing services.
Other Operational Servicese.g. Payment service providers, offsite storage, confidential waste processors and mailing houses.
